I just spoke to Bruce Lewis. He didn't seem to think the resignation of the auditors was a big deal. They should have new auditors soon. Great things are happening at Tracker, and I'm not worried about the auditor situation. By the way, I was happy to see that Tracker bothered to file the late notification for the 10-K. It's further evidence that this company isn't dead and that they plan on filing the 10-K as soon as they can. Considering what Tracker has gone through in the last nine months, I'm sure the full-year numbers will be a lot of work to prepare. Jeff
