Exact-a-mundo

I wouldn't want to see their idea of disappointment. I suppose that
(if) this deferred purchase happens, maybe it will help the 3'rd
quarter numbers. But taking a show me position, I do not believe
that Cayn will turn a profit until next year, if that. The line about
putting off S.W. buying in order to concentrate on Y-2-K will not
change this year and probably run into next, if that is even the
problem. I do not trust anything coming out of this company anymore,
they have been wrong in the past and still are, no credibility. IMO
our best hope is to get a stock swap deal, say from a Platinum or
Rational, if Cayn's product could be integrated, because lets face it
at present value no one is going to pay cash for this company at
levels that would be acceptable for the vast majority of share holders.
This sucks, but I see no better way, any ideas?

Henry
