Have you, Gambler or "B" heard if TSIG is planning to do a "reverse stock split".

On Cserve investor forum there is a guy who is preaching that this is what TSIG is going to do and that at some point TSIG will do the following:

This device of a reverse split is usually used in conjunction with several other simultaneous maneuvers in OTC "penny" stocks, and in rapid succession.

1. Reverse split

2. Ticker symbol change

3. Corporate name change.

4. A new S-8 registration of more NEW shares and their "private placement" with some group or another for some consideration, usually another piece of banana paper called a "note" or a "bond" or a "patent" or "goodwill" for a previously private "going concer".

After that is all over (the people that run these operations are always very thorough), the old outside investors will be left with perhaps 0.5% of the new company, if that much.<<

What do you think is this what we have going on with TSIG. I hope not and I am in for the LONG RUN.
