Any thoughts on whether Canon's 200/300mm scanner is 1)likely to accelerate commitments to DUV equipment and 2)likely to accelerate development of 300mm wafer fabs? It seems conceivable that having a dual capability might increase the rate of purchase commitments if the buyer could count on the machine being useful through transition into 300mm production.
