I agree no one is going to change the posting habits of those on Rudy's short list. But if nothing else, the reaction of the hypsters to Rudy and others with honest questions about the company - << they quickly get poked in the eye with a stick >> as you say, at least gives some motivation to the lurkers and others who are new to the company to do their DD before jumping in to such a high-risk stock.
