Wait for low 80's or high 70's toward the end of this year or the beginning of the next. Don't buy at a higher price than 95.

Barney Releases 'Ten+ Exceptional Names' NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Salomon Smith Barney Inc. on Monday released its list of "Ten+ Exceptional Names," 15 stocks that the firm believes are "especially attractive investments for the coming year." The 15 companies are: Alcatel-Alsthom NV (ALA), Allstate Corp. (ALL), Applied Materials Inc. (AMAT), Amgen Inc. (AMGN), Black & Decker Corp. (BDK), Chase Manhattan Corp. (CMB), Honeywell Inc. (HON), IBM Corp. (IBM), Motorola Inc. (MOT), Navistar International Corp. (NAV), Schlumberger Ltd. (SLB), Schering-Plough Corp. (SGP), Williams Cos. (WMB), Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) and Xerox Corp. (XRX). Salomon Smith Barney in a release said it picked the stocks based on "solid fundamentals and growth potential over the next year (July 6, 1998, to June 30, 1999)."
