Agreed Susan. Great opportunities - maybe some that you only see once in a generation - could arise out of this. The saying that the best time to buy is when things look the bleakest may be applicable here.

If nothing else Asia keeps the Fed's hands in their pockets, and maybe with the GM strike and ripple effects they may have to loosen.

God forbid, maybe we will even get another capital gains tax cut to stimulate the economy.

Susan: here's what I think is really going on. We're not controlled by the U.S. government, we're run by Goldman Sachs. The kahuna will come after Goldman goes public so the insiders can get their money out at the peak. How's this for conspiracy theories?
