Here's the way I see it at this point. If there wasn't a problem they would have issued a statement by now saying they have no idea why the stock is dropping. The fact that they have said nothing is in fact a message itself. They can't say this if they know there is some reason for the drop since that would seem to be definite lawsuit material. Even if they needed to review the last few contracts, it doesn't take days to do so. I think they would have said something this morning if they could. At least that's what I would have done. That's just MHO here anyway. In the meantime, if anyone is getting bored waiting to see if there is an announcement, there's great golf on TV today....
