Tell Scott to keep up the good work! It is nice to see they are not putting out news releases when they get contracts signed. That seems to drive investors away and drive the price down when they do those PR news releases. They should forget about wasting the money on news releases, and just keep the contracts and coming. I think people wait for news releases to sell into, so why put them out? All that is important is financials and earnings...

Mr. Gates

If you get this prior to your discussion with Cameron, one additional issue bothered me when I discussed the company with the PR firm, Venture etc. The rep mentioned the name of the individual at the securities firm who followed the stock, and stated prior to issuing a press release she would first fax a copy to the securities firm.

If they were accumulating a position, it would provide them a opportunity to buy in prior to public desemination of the PR. This is in fact a violation of securities laws governing inside information.

While we would like to see the price bid up, the disadvantage is for new small investors to get in at a fair price.

Would appreciate if you would mention. If he expresses concern, I would be happy to phone him directly to discuss.

To All:

There has been discussion here lately as to whether the company is still selling shares out the back door and just how many shares are out there. I spoke to Larry in IR at TSIS this afternoon. I left a message late Thursday and he returned my call today. I asked how many total shares exist? Answer: Approximately 29 million, but about 3 mil are tied up, so for all practical purposes 26 million. How many shares are currently in the float? Answer: 14.5 to 15 million. Can I buy shares directly from TSIS and if so, is there a minimum or maximum? Answer: The company stopped selling shares back in January, when asked by someone we suggest they purchase from a broker.

I hope this answers a few current questions.
