Steve, the DBII case is OVER. Their own press release said they wouldn't pursue it any more. And I think they would have to go to the Supreme Court, which really has no reason whatsoever to take a case like this under review.

IDX will not go after DBII for falsification of anything. DBII got caught by the court itself, which is the best outcome for IDX. That alone would have been enough to decide the case in favor of IDX. Judges don't like getting lied to. IDX will not recover any costs from DBII. Under the US system, everyone pays their own costs and expenses.

As to ANADAC, I doubt there is any way to track it short of going to the court in which it was filed and asking to see whatever papers the two sides have submitted to the court. And those papers won't even tell the story. That one is very unlikely to result in litigation, though, and is small potatoes. It should settle and, as others have noted, IDX certainly would have insurance to cover this kind of event.

Lerach is gone, DBII is gone, and we are in good shape. By the way, today is the day to sell DBII stock.
