BATTELLE,,, GET READY FOR ANIMAL SAFETY AND EFFICACY TRAILS FOLLOWED BY HUMAN SAFETY AND EFFECAY; RAISE MORE CAPITAL. 4) What is if any.. the current cash on hand and liabilities?? (If this hasn't already $240,000 LIABILITIES $400,000 DEBT been answered -- I may have missed it) 5) See if you can get an update on patents.. anything new going to be filed? AMENDED PATENTS PENDING, MORE TO BE FILED. 6) Is SGNC currently in any talks with other major R&D firms and how are they going?
