Yes Lee, that's is all I want is some official release from the Company that all is well and on track.
We put our hard earned money on the table and it is only natural to be wary, especially of penny stocks on these exchanges.
I have a right to my paranoia until we get some answers.
And you are right, we don't have to know anything about behind the scenes dealings, just a release from the Company keeping us informed as much as they can.
Roger is a down to earth good individual, but can only tell us so much, but we must be able to have the Company communicate to the investors some way that all is well.

I have also found Roger to be forthright in the discussions that I have had with him. If there are matters being worked on behind the scenes making them public beforehand could jeopardize the deals being worked on and none of us would want that.

Having said that, it would be nice to know that the company is also working on improving their relationship with their investors as well as providing information for potential investors who ultimately will be needed to move this stock forward once there is a reason for them to become involved. Perhaps they believe that results will overcome all that has transpired with this stock over the past 1 and 1/2. They must believe this as the silence is deafening.

We can only guess that something must be going on with all the stalling going on with the financial statements. How long can this go on before the stock could be halted? Unless they have changed accountants again, it seems unlikely that they have not already worked out the details as to what accounting practises they can use. This has been in the works for a long time and the year end was Jan. 31, 1998. As Dennis said, and now it is July!

Let's hope when the 1st Qtr. results are presented that they are presented in the best light for the company and shareholders and nothing is done to delay this to another quarter.
