Bernard:

ViaSat is a constant takeover target, or at least rumored to be. That plays a part in these moves. Also, Fidelity has supposedly been back buying the stock again, and they move it in both directions. There are also constant rumors of partnerships, deals, contracts, etc. on the commercial side. VSAT just announced a $3.5 million contract today to supply more DAMA UHF modems to the Air Force. That is small, but in VSAT's case it is a 5% revenue gain!

Bernard,

just my 2 cents on VSAT.

The company is very thinly traded. In fact, just Valueman trading a fraction of his VSAT holding will move the stock up or down a couple of points. VSAT has been drifting down on very little volume. I think we can write off these days as non-events.
