Greg, I don't know if your idea is correct. It would be my thoughts that the deal would be done the day the contract was signed, thus the stock price is already pegged. This would be a good question to ask Mike. In theory, if the companies are growing at the same pace there should be no dilution. I liken it to taking a 1/2 step back to take 3 steps forward, it will eventually help the bottom line but usually takes a few quarters for this to happen. I did not buy my shares for next week but rather for the future. Once we get a good track record of increased earnings, we should then and only then get a higher PE multiple, and thus a significant price appreciation. This is a very positive move, but one that will take time to mature. The groundwork is now being laid for a super 1999 and 2000, and I'll be there to benefit at that time.
