Here is an excerpt

"Shares of Baan NV rose 13% Friday, after the company and a closely related entity said they would make changes to their controversial relationship following criticism from some analysts and investors.

The highflying Dutch software company has been under fire since earlier this year after it revealed the extent of its relationships with private companies controlled by Chief Executive Jan Baan and his brother Paul. The disclosure had raised investor concern that the relationships could have artificially boosted the company's growth.

In a statement, the Baan brothers' private company said it wanted to "realize the value" of its investment in these affiliated companies. Separately, Baan announced changes to its board and top management to increase transparency and investor confidence. "

Thread,

On the Frankfurt Bourse and Xetra, SAP3 has rebound significantly.

We should thus see a better day for SAPHY.

Enjoy the ride,
Ibexx

(PS: Buyers should put in your bid early--about 2% over the last trade)
