DCGR has officially changed its name to DCGR International Holdings Inc. to more accurately reflect the diversity of its corporate structure. The trading symbol "DCGR" will remain the same. Donald Platten, president of DCGR, stated that the name change was necessary to reflect the projected acquisitions of companies outside the cigar industry that will be announced as details become available.
