The dilution was definitely unavoidable. I am told we should see her back at noon, give or take. The placement is being taken down by the fellow the deal has been done with. Now who do you know that puts $300K of their own money down, right up front, for a deal that has no potential. Not many that I can think of.

Jim is very happy with what he knows about this field. There are wells already drilled, I don't believe they are currently producing mind you, but my understanding is that that is what the $300K is for. Hopefully we will start to see further details about the property come out shortly.

Bomax looks like it may have finally seen the bottom and be starting the resurrection (IMO of course).

She's back! Looks like we had someone execute a market buy, went to .35 pretty much right away. Now back down to a .27 to .30 split. Small volume out there so far, but the right reaction.
