This was by far the most professional press release I have seen form FAMH. Good decision on Morton Downey, I never understood that strategy. These guys are conservative by nature, which is just what the company needs right now. If the money (profit) is still flowing and sizable costs are taken out of the business (250K already) then once Quarterly reporting starts we should see some good numbers.

$200 -$300m in 3 years is still a big increase so I will be interested in how they are planning to get there. They seem very aware of the awful shareholder moral and I'm assuming (in fact I know because I have spoken to Randy ) the only way moral will return is through an explanation of share count and of course audited financial's. I think September will see all this information along with the 3 year plan (That's my guess and FAMH have not committed to any dates).

Right now shares are cheap. There is a huge amount of people who bought from 30 to 60 cents (including me) and simply will not sell below 20 (rock bottom) or for that matter below 60-70 cents. After that I will have to see the numbers. July will be a non event for FAMH, September on the other hand.....

Can't forget it. It was put out there and then just taken off the table very casually. If the company wants to have investors think they are being dealt with openly, then deals which turn sour also need to be explained. My guess is that this never was for real.
