Titus has been fighting the Goths and captures their Queen and her 3 sons. One of her sons is sacrificed- I don't remember why, and I don't suppose it really matters- The real reason you need the sacrifice is to move the plot along and give the queen a reason to be REALLY angry with Titus. The queen of the goths marries the Roman emperor, and through intrigues, has her sons rape Titus' daughter and cut off her arms and cut out her tongue. Titus knows the queen is behind this (and she does lots of things to his sons, but I can't remember what- but there was lots of murder and mayhem involved) so he kills her 2 remaining sons and serves them to her for dinner (unbeknownest to her- until she has eaten some). Titus then kills his daughter (to end her shame) and everyone eventually ends up dead. The corpses really pile up in this one.
