Thanks for advertising the letter and the preferred maneuver, Swamp Fox. Good points, Hookjock. Many if not most companies that desire a web presence - as the article Gus posted explained - farm out the work to a web hosting company, Glen. Good business to be in ...Someday - with bandwidth - perhaps a great business to be in. And if that time comes ( it will) who could deliver massive quantities visual content better than AXC coupled with MicroNet? In the web server ( I can see 15 minute infommercials replacing much text ), or any other eventually video intensive arena. Funny you should write, Ed. Was just thinking that we indeed might well be in for the several months more of market exasperation you had hoped for. ( I am notoriously poor at predicting short to medium term price movements though ) Medium term earning are clearly going to be under increasing pressure with each acquisition. But the revenue pops....the first signs of incipient top line growth in many many years .... will be nice indeed. If Micronet sales have indeed picked back up a bit, then i think we can expect at least 8 million per quarter this year. No time for an extended attempt to analyze - LOL no big loss to anyone there - but I think the restructuring of the preferred is a positive step, and i think the Micronet acquisition is a positive step. LONG TERM. I do not think AXC is likely to explode from these levels as of days of yore .....so the mistakes some of us have made cannot be undone ..... but I do think it will be a very worthwhile multiyear holding from here for those with the asbestos patience it may take. And maybe someday, it will surprise to a sharp upside. Maybe. Someday. That AXC guy in the UK, BTW, really seems to be kicking butt. Finding great new customers.
