Good question, Most recent 10K gives a summary. It seems that there are about 8 million shares from options that are eligible for sale at this point. Information is sketchy. AMZN management refuses to disclose detailed information on float and related matters. Good Luck, Joe

Father E....You have it! This is much more ridiculous than Presstek which dropped from 200 to about 11 today! Presstek does have a good product to sell, and has found its correct range....Amazon is only selling books and videos etc that anyone can sell, and their capitalization is the same as Barnes & Noble Who sell sell a truckload of "peanuts" to their one handfull...wish I had a Million to short amazon with..can"t loose in the long run ..God bless...Don.
