I told you on Fri (Yahoo board*, MSG #4619, 5:55 PM): we wont see the six (Of course we saw an hi ask and an unlucky hit at six at the very beginning of the heat). But I stay untuned: No way up the next days, regardless of the news (the deal).

But would you be so kind and keep it well over five, say at 5*3.

Now something completely different: People are being so tied up with Internet crap, turning the stocks float five times a day while pretending huge, gorgeous, tantalizing profits all across the world that they don't bother about say (bio)tex and other recent hot stock (As I am, so I can't watch Colors,Cytos and Macros either).

The Question is: which side of the river is missing Colors and other opportunities? North, loading accounts with landscapes, rivers, ol' books and red ink all day long or South, nailbitting and wait jumping on its first snooze.

Have a nice day

divine chris

Here is some "interesting info."

The shoes continue to drop -- all over Michael Schonberg's head.

[A shareholder lawsuit was filed today against Schonberg and Dreyfus Funds.]

Filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan against the fund family as well, the complaint alleges that Schonberg personally profited by making "aggressive purchases for the Funds in companies in which [he] had personally acquired an interest," says the complaint.

The complaint also alleges that Dreyfus "failed to disclose or misrepresented facts regarding the non-existent 'growth' potential of many of the companies invested in by the Funds," as well as the "self-dealing transactions" of Schonberg.

Business Week also has a story on Schonberg, indicating the FBI is also investigating him.
