All: Can someone help me understand "public float"?? I understand total shares o/s very well, but have a more difficult time understanding public float. More so from the stand point of can TPI readily found out what the public float is. Can they just call up their transfer agent and ask them what it is?? I would assume so.. Are there ways to determine who holds the shares of your co., readily that is. Or is the only way to find out to send out a proxy Thanks TPI on the brain, bonz
