Bottom Line: If this statement is true(from july 6 press release) than we will be looking good when financials are announced in Aug..

"Firamada also issued a statement from the recently appointed Vice President of Finance
and Chief Financial Officer, Michael J. Sukey. Addressing the Company's financial
status, Mr. Sukey said, "Firamada has been profitable and continues to be so. We are
building on that profitability, in part, by eliminating unnecessary costs and expenses. "

Sigmund, Both announcements (one taking on the MD show and today's announcement reversing that decision) were issued by Firamada. I guess I see the announcements as coming from 2 different sources.

The first one was basically put out by Ira Monas.

The second (today's) was put out by Randy Malinoff and the current management.

Obviously these are different views of what the Morton Downey show means to Firamada. Ira Monas wanted to do the deal. Randy Malinoff and the current management wants to avoid it because they see it as a distraction.

That's how I see it and while I might not have any problem with that, I can certainly understand where you're coming from.

Best wishes,
Brad
