I don't know if it's been said already, but the USA TODAY article certainly has been a great publicity piece for SI. If they could keep the trial members, they might be worth investing in. By the way do they even trade? Marianna

Gary, I'll assume you are the man who wrote the USA Today article. The answer to your question is about people going to Bolivia is "probably". Many of the regulars have sent Jim Bishop a check for $100.00 for he and CIMA to go down to Bolivia, look at the site and Video Tape it. The details have to be finished yet. (plane reservations, vaccinations, etc.) The company is for it but as I've said the details need to be worked out for a go. Read the posts of Jim Bishop and CIMA for more details. You can click on their names on any one of their posts and get all their postings. That would give you much information.

Hi Gary,
Like probart said, nice balanced article. With that said, I hope you become world renowned for being the first journalist to inform this nation about Golden Eagle. Let us all hope GE staggers the mining world and proves up every ounce. My opinion only.

Brian

Cool, gary strauss on SI. Great article man! True, balanced, some great, and very intriguing lines.

Group going to Bolivia? Yup, CIMA and me, but while we have reservations and tickets on hold now, to leave on the 17th of July, I would say it is very doubtful that I will be able to go on the 17th.

I have been unable to speak with CIMA today, he'll call me in an hour or so and we will discuss it. I believe there are shots we need to have that must be done at least 2 weeks in advance and here we are 11 days from take off. Personally, I would like to postpone our trip for at least one month.

We'll get back to you with more info later.

Regards,

Jim Bishop

Gary - this thread is so clogged with newbies that I have lost my original response to you! To bad, it was inspired. Oh well....

There is a story for you, the legions of people who do not belong to SI, following this thread for months/years. Some MINE shareholders, some not. Now, on the eve of MINE resuming trading, (assuming the MMs have gotten their act together), these lurkers are signing up in droves for trial memberships so they can shout out their excitement and share the pearls of wisdom that they have been suppressing up until now.

They know us regulars, but we dont know them. What we all share is a belief in MINE and the excitement that resumption of trading brings.

Incan, Spanish and Potugese ghosts are laughing at the SEC and the naysayers as we speak. Unless of course, they striped the Tipuani River Valley of all minable gold. The chances of that, IMO are slim and none.

I am taking tomorrow off of work to watch what could be historical day for Junior Mining interests and the Tipuani River Valley and its people.

Tomorrow may be a bust if the MMs arent poised to trade. Rhonda Erickson at the SEC told me today that it is now up to them.

Regards, hoping you are interested in a balanced follow up article if you are who you say you are....Colleen in Orlando.
