JimL, in case you haven't found it go to www.leapgroup.com. You should get an excellent idea of the talent at LEAP, the type of work they've done to date, etc. I recommend you pay special attention to 1) an interview the CEO did with the WSJ Transcript recently (download the .pdf format) and 2) Quantum Leap (the new media arm of the LEAP). These people are VERY good at what they do. Their recent effort on behalf of AA (www.AA.com) was focused on "personalization" and this is where e-commerce is headed, i.e., a good place to have a strong reputation going forward. Many of us have been following the company for quite awhile. It was only a matter of time before a larger number of people realized how undervalued they were vs. others in their sector.
