I definitely consider insider selling to be a negative if i am looking to invest in a company.

I understand and can appreciate all of the reasons people sell stock.

Did you get around to clicking on the link I provided earlier concerning the insider selling at KEA?

This appears to me more than estate planning, buying a new home, etc.
