About Wayfarer.....that acquisition might just not happen after all. I don't know how these things work but I can't think the Wayfarer people will want to go through w/it based on this. Unless vntv adjusts the number of shares or something to compensate for this. This isn't just some normal stock price fluctuation. Don't know how they can get out of it (of if they can) but certainly it will help their case that the CFO left in mid quarter,etc. possiblly indicating that the quarter was questionable even back then.
