I understand the 'data' issue, just not the dollar amount. The only thing that makes sense to me it that individuals may pay $9.95 directly to use CheckFree, but only $5.95 to use the bank directly ($4.00 x 50,000 users). But the bank is not saving money, consumers are. Benny
