From what I understand the quarter is going to be OK. I think SEEC situation is one part of the drop in price. I understand that last week a fund started selling all of it's Y2K holdings, which were substantial. ACLY was one of the companies the fund owned . They are also seriously getting hurt as they are not allowed to announce any of the new business that is being signed. This is because shareholders would be alarmed, (and probably be inclined to sell their shares), at the amount of money their company is spending on the Y2K fix, and therefore decreasing any profit.Longer term ACLY is a great buy right now
