Well, my personal reaction is that if you don't like the direction management is taking, I think you should take it up with them directly, not here. I don't really understand why some disgruntled staff are writing you, what they want you to do.

I'm confused, by the question. Most of us aren't likely to lobby to get rid of some people in management on the basis of some anonymous staffers' comments to you, or try to take over the company for our favorite management person.

What are you looking for?
