I doubt the agreement with MD was not a written contract between FAMH and MD. I don't think it matters that Ira was there although it would have helped .... but that tells you who MD's friends are (the likes of Ira).

I always thought it was strange that FAMH was supporting this show. The numbers looked good but I always disregarded them until they were reality (which they never were). Counting on a TV show with a guy with one lung that could bomb VERY quickly seemed absurd to me.

Hopefully, MD was issued a large chunk of shares (5-10 mill) for the deal which will be returned to FAMH with cancellation of the deal.

This company has a LONG way to go but we have NO IDEA what the revenues, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, the earnings are going to be. Past statements by the company about earnings MUST be COMPLETELY ignored. Personally, if there is any regulation, I have to wonder how a company with this history can continue to be traded publicly.

Nevertheless, I do think the new direction is refreshing. It will take one to three months (IMHO) for the audits.

The critical two steps now are:
1. How many shares (of the 70 mill) will be retired. I'd like to see half returned to the treasury.
2. What is the actual EPS in 1997 and Q1 1998?

Finally,
3. What cost savings can the new managment implement. I like hearing about saving money but since we have NO IDEA what the EPS is, we have no place to start from.

that's my take, later, leroyt
