davidjones...
>> people on the yahoo thread
Are, for the most part, worthless cretins. There are some worthy posts, but they tend to get lost in the noise.

>> but I know that Mr. Hackworth is not an honest CEO
well, he is not dishonest, but anyone who rides the stock down from $60 to $9 needs to be held accountable.

>> Is there any chance or indication of him resigning.
No. He is one of the founders.

>> will Mr. Teo be receiving additional seats on the board
No. There are seven seats on the board of directors. Check the SEC for a copy of the proxy statement.

>> Finally, did Mr. Arslan stop updating his site??
Don't know - Don't care.
Mr. Arslan's motivation is somewhat suspicious. He made some pretty outrageous claims here on this thread to entice people to check out his website. He blew his credibility (he was surreptitiously gathering e-mail addresses)then disappeared. He briefly resurfaced on Yahoo but hasn't been heard from for a while.

I just saw the CNBC report where he stated that the margins on the new chip will be fantastic, buit I honestly cannot believe him.

There is no reason the margin on the the integrated disk controller should not be fantastic. CRUS is the first to the market with this chip, and it appears to fill a big need. Margins are generally fantastic in this business when you are the only one with silicon in a market.
