Folks, No need to bash VS. He has a point. Ftel has been very slow in implementing its plans! I think the thread should not be this defensive, regardless of VS's opinions. After being in for more than two years, I personally feel that it would be very difficult for Ftel to compete with AT&T, lucent and a host of others, to grab a fair market share. This company has already missed the opportunity for being another Cisco, as there are too many big competitors now. The DVG technology is not limited to Ftel and I am sure, in a year or so many competitors would catch up. I wish good luck for the long termers.

Gunther.
