Jeff,

Shhhh! Don't make a big deal about the class around Norma. She thinks it's a punishment. I had to misspell the title in order to get her approval. You know how those finance people are with the company money. The real name for the class is Ethnic 101. That's code for a company paid world tour. Expect to be dining at the finest ethnic restaurants in the world. Don't forget your corporate credit card.
