Now if they were really concerned they would call the IR firm and ask those questions to them and they would get the answers they wanted.

As I've said, I did indeed get in touch with Joe Gort. I didn't get any answers at all.

But to address the broader issue here: sure, call up the PR firm and chances are you will get the answers you "want". The ones they think you want, at any rate.
