Preston, we should probably stick to the Value Line timeliness ratings
for FA. We were also fumbling around with return on equity and PE
before but probably should wait for the book to come out to get the
exact specifications.
How about this- Value Line 1 & 2, RS on a buy in a column of X's,
Positive trend (above BSL) and the last P&F signal being a buy signal.
This will read as BUY X + BUY in your portfolio.
