I agree that this is dead money for a while, especially given the previous blow-ups at Clfy and Scop. Vntv blowing up has clearly made the sector look weak. When Scop and Clfy blew-up while Vntv stayed strong you could disregard the weak sector theory somewhat and blame their problems on management. Vntv did make some mistakes, but three for three makes it look like the sector is slowing down. The big money isn't going to get back into this sector again until these companies show some sustained growth, perhaps easily a year. I'd like to see some acquisitions.

I listened to part of the conference call and Luongo said one thing that seemed to somewhat contradict their stated problem and bolster the weak sector theory. He said that the competitive landscape hadn't changed except for the fact that they no longer see Scop in deals. Given that Scop was the third leg of the big three, doesn't that beg the question as to why sales weren't higher given that a major competitor isn't competing any more?

Lastly TD, hindsight being 20/20 perhaps you have some observations about the sell signals that some of us missed. From now on, any time a CFO resigns from a high-growth company, I'm selling.
