Clayton, I am with you here. There press release on april 20th was very agressive and stating they had already received the initial purchase orders from four clients. And now we only know two contracts for sure.
And you are right that the contract with Southern Food Supplies is less than expected (or they built bigger containers recently).
Fortunatly this contract is not that big that it is so important. I am still waiting for the other two contracts to be signed which should be big contracts.
The first one, with National Boston Medical, is about virus shields. And it was mentioned in the april press release that National Boston Medical has signed an agreement with Pinnacle International which grants Pinnacle the exclusive rights to manufacture all four sizes of their dispensers.
About the last contract, with heritage Forest Products, it was stated in the press release that they also submitted a purchase order for plastic protective edges to be used for shipping its lumber.

So, to all, I am going to sent an email to Greg Reight at the end of this week because I want answers to some questions I have. The most important questions are regarding the contracts I mentioned above.

Then I have some other questions about the preferred stock (the valuation, etc.). So, if anyone has questions, just sent them to me in a PM or post them here on this thread and I will sent the email to him at the end of this week.

For now, I must say I am not satisfied with the PR work sofar. I hope Greg will change this all. Because IMO the news in april was far to agressive and looking to far in the future. It's better to bring good news slowly and show improvements every time. Because now, when they don't deliver $ 0,82 EPS it will be a disapointment. But I must say that the market is not yet expecting these numbers otherwise the stock would be much higher.

So, let me know your questions.

Rene.

Hi Clayton, There are a couple of key things to notice in the
Companies Press Release dated April 20th. First off the title:
First Year Sales PROJECTED at over 50 million and the words
INITIAL PO's used several times. Second thing:
Southeastern Food Supplies had requested, subject to PRICE
VERIFICATION, an initial order of four shipping containers...
I think the verification is probably what dropped this order
to two containers. I would imagine all the PO's were subject
to Verification and Negotiations. This release did not do
a good job of stating that... but... that is not that uncommon
for large contracts. Something else I noticed.. in the release
they said each company had submitted a purchase order but when
they got to National Boston Medical... they told about the
company but did not state that a PO had been submitted. Now
on a more positive thought... this release said the Virushield
had received substantial interest in both the MEDICAL and Food
Processing. I haven't been able to get information as to what
exactly this shield is but I do know that National Boston was
an exhibitor earlier this year at the Yankee Dental Congress presented by the Massachusetts Dental Society
in cooperation with the dental societies of Connecticut, Maine,
New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Let's just hope this
shield is needed (by the thousands) in every dentists office in
the country!!

You really have to read these releases over and over to get
the bottom line. Seems every company is good at playing
with words. Jerry Gruenbaum is an attorney... I don't think
he is going to release something that could flat be denied.
I just don't think the release was written clear enough.

Just my thoughts.
