I dont really track money flow, like the website does. But I do have a william accum/dist indicator that i use.

futhermore, as with TA, always use multiple confirmations for your decisions. notice MSFT is also on the Neg. money flow list. but look at MSFT take off...

so, yes, i would be worried, but only if your indicators are bearish.

DELL shortterm is on sell, but I will wait for tomorrow's price action to confirm.
