At first, I could understand the NDA argument, but I really don't buy it any more, especially after the last selloff on big volume. It reminds me of Sequent, Sun, etc. The smart money knows what is going on and sells. The rest of us hang on and hope. If I was part of upper management at Ancor, and realized that I had a responsibility to my shareholders, I would have done everything I could to halt the slide of the stock price at some reasonable level. The fact that this DIDN'T happen says to me that either Ancor management doesn't realize that they have a responsibility to shareholders, or they don't have much good to say at this point. (I think it is the latter.)
