Hi Tom - To answer your direct question about sales - they have no sales right now. The software is being used by a couple of high profile companies but they were giveaways in both cases. And no, Jaws won't tell us the names of these companies because the companies themselves have asked them not to. If you ask the company, I think they would tell you that they expect sales to really get rolling in the 4th Quarter though they should have some sales before then. Buying a shell is the cheapest and fastest way to go public. I don't see anything particularly wrong in doing it that way - to answer someone else's question. I am hoping that Preferred's contacts will start the ball rolling re: Brokerage recommendations etc. bbruin "HLBS&DW"
