I've been back in the trenches going over some of the posts and I came across one that Ken posted on July 2nd that I'd like to share with everybody.....I edited a little bit (hopefully with Ken's approval) as I wanted to shorten up his post a bit to make sure you read some of what I felt was important .....

When EDII acquired Northeastern Plastics for 25 million restricted shares, a certain person suggested that EDII had to use shares for the acquisition because they didn't have the funding. He then further suggested that the dilution of the shares via the dividend issued in the form of warrants (additional shares) would hurt the investors.

An alternative path of acquisition could have been for Mr. Dror to have gotten a loan and pay interest on it for years. This would have kept the total shares the same and keep a good little penny stock trading around a quarter for years. But this is not what Daniel Dror had in mind for EDII, he wants much more than this. The investors who have been following EDII are aware of this. Daniel Dror has a vision and is progressing on a planned and well executed course of action to put EDII on the American Exchange. In order for any company to trade on a big board they have to meet minimum net worth, minimum yearly revenues, minimum # of shareholders and so forth. So Mr. Dror began acquiring well established companies, that were both profitable, and had very little competition in their targeted markets. He acquired these company's with cash on hand, and the issuance of restricted shares of stock. He is doing exactly what he needs to do to get the company where he wants it.

I don't know about all of you, but I think Daniel Dror is a sharp guy and we haven't seen all he has in mind for this company.
