THATS A NEGATIVE BOOK VALUE OF $5,873,000!!!!!!!!!! DID ANYONE READ THE GOING CONCERN STATEMENT IN THE LAST FILING??? Various factors effecting the Registrant's operations raise doubt as to the Registrant's ability to continue as a going concern. There can be no assurance that the Registrant will be able to continue as a going concern, or achieve material revenues and profitable operations. The Registrant is dependent upon sufficient cash flows from operations to meet its short term and long-term liquidity needs. These operations have not and are not expected to provide sufficient cash flows, and as such the Registrant requires additional financing. No assurances can be given that financing will be available to the Registrant in the amounts required, or that, if available, the financing will be available on terms satisfactory to the Registrant.

Hi Nick, I'm still around, haven't sold a share, and in fact, have bought more. I told you originally that I was in this for a number of years. Really amazed at our new poster with his "trial membership". Joined today and posted 3 bashes with no facts or DD. How's this for a thought? What does it take to get a trial membership? Just a name (any one will do) and a contact (easy to get)? Maybe these are the same guys that were here before they "mysteriously" disappeared a week or two ago. Just a thought. If the website is not up on the "exact" day discussed, I hope nobody will be upset. It is for real and I, for one, want it as "glitch-free" as possible when it makes its debut. Most of us seem to forget that this website was put together in only a few short months. The competition all took at least a year to develop theirs. I am proud of the work TSIG and Hastings have been doing... and all stockholders should be as well. Please also don't forget the original teleservices part of TSIG. It could, IMHO, eventually be a bigger revenue producer than the CCI division will be. Best always, Marty
