Come on lighten up! You can't say that we didn't warn you not to short this beast. Just having a little fun after all i've taken a lot of shit from these bears over the last two months.

True, the bears do find it hard not to throw insults when they are losing; maybe thats why they are staying away tonight. But there's no crime in being happy to be on the winning side. This board is not just for the bears, is it?

Talking about options: I'll never understand why anybody who can't pick a straightforward winning stock, why that person would think they can mess with options and not get burned.

Its so simple: Buy stock going up - sell at a profit. If they can't get that right, then what makes them think they'd get something far more complicated right?

These are just my good natured observations. No need for anyone to take offense :-)

If you think the volatility is headed down, which appears to be the case, then you can do a "staggered" spread. Sell the naked calls and wait for a few days to sell naked puts. If the volatility heads down the puts won't move much even if the price continues to move up on momentum. If, as I think, the stock is nearly out of momentum, then the price will come down soon.

My guess is that AMZN will be up Tuesday and maybe also on Wednesday but will be down lower than Tuesday's close by Friday. Just a friendly guess.

I sold some JAN 115 calls and will be back again to sell more this week. Happy investing bulls and bears.
