The sale of stock that is already outstanding would not be dilutive, whereas true sales "out the back door" would be if it is previously unissued or treasury stock.

Helping a large shareholder sell their stock at the bid vs ask when the spread is usually 1 to 2 cents is not going to undermine us the "Joe six pack" investors who don't have a "large" position. Remember large is a relative term, what is large to you may not be to me and vise-a-versa.

If it was in 25k blocks, there was probable several hundred thousand shares in all. This size block handed to a MM would more than likely drive the price back down into the 40s. So by TSIS helping transfer these shares they probably preserved the price for us!

To clarify in my mind, was this someone from the PR agency or someone from TSIS itself. Either way, it's egregious, but knowing which it is makes it easier to evaluate exactly what may be going on. That's why I advocate getting (and posting) the name of the individual whenever one of us asks a question of the IR people.
