Don't waste your time...I already have a multi-million dollar lawsuit filed against BRE-X and I'll never see a dime..It's time to move on IMO... Mr Metals

Ben, that's very interesting. I assume that the attorney is aware of Coggons activity with stealth posting as Desert Fox? The practices of some of the MMs shorting IPM should also be considered IMO. You may want to contact IPM for their case file, there is probably already a detailed brief against AZ available.
