Hello Mr. Olson: billions being added every day is real money No, I would view less than $60M money came into AMZN July 6--taken at the marginal cost compared to a flat price day. There is a lot of wherewithal that could go into AMZN yet. I agree with your several comments about possible ending phenomena. The actual turning events are so hard to call a priori. Aw come on. Amazon.com doesn't have to obey the normal laws of investing, business or physics. That basic garbage they try to pass off as business wisdom about supply and demand is now obsolete. The enormous market valuation and chance for competitors to strike it rich in the stock market bonanza will not result in new competition. Amazon has a cult following that doesn't care that the product is a mere commodity that can be bought much more cheaply at many other sites. The media is the message and Amazon has a lock on the internet. I think I will jump on the bandwagon and buy all the way up to $500! It may reach that level next week and we all can retire.
