I don't see what advantage a decent ongoing company would have by merging with RMIL, but I suppose you have all beaten that one to death by now. And asking the shareholders to throw good money after bad? Just so they can put a new name on the company? At first glance, this plan smells horrible. Maybe that smell may translate into nice fertilizer from which to grow a decent company, but I would not bet on it. All I can say is Good Luck.
