Jimmy, there is a chip glut - no pricing power - seen the prices at your local hardware vendor lately, you should be bottom fishing on Yhoo and SOFT -g-

INTC is cutting back on workforce and shutting factories for a couple of weeks to cut back on expenses.

The semiconductors are going the way of the disk drives.

I think you'll be happy with NSM at 12.5. I was happy to have got it @ 15 back in '96, and even happier to sell @ 30, 9 mo. later. "They" were saying the end was near for semis then too. Don't believe it.
Everything from your car to your toaster oven use semiconductors. Fact of the matter is- the semicon market is cyclical, and we're on the downswing now. I don't know if they've found bottom yet, but I will be buying too when I see some more signs of recovery.
